What does UKINVEST do?
UkInvest.eu is a leading mining company that produces anthracite, clay, quartz sand, coal.
We hold a leading position on the market, enabling a long-term contract with the world's leading producers of solid fuels and other minerals.
Company logistics
We operate in the north of Spain, and our "logistic platform" is 180,000 m2 with a permanent stock of 800,000 tons, located in Girona. You can also find us in Cartagena and Avilés (Spain), we provide multiple additional services there.
License
We use an Integrated Management System (IMS) according to ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, and a Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 45001: 2018 for depositing, screening, classification, blending, and wholesale operations.
STACKING / ACCUMULATION
Once the desired product has been created, it must be handled properly to ensure its qualities continue unimpaired in the future. Qualified operators stack products neatly, using the proper technique.
Production processes

CHECK / SORT PROCESS
All products can be crushed or sieved to the sizes specified in the "Products" section. On customer request, the size of coal, petcoke, metcoke, and anthracite can be sieved and sifted individually.

CLEANING
Thanks to the cleaning stage in the washing plants, the coal receives a reduction in ash content and emission levels, its calorific value is significantly increased. Thus, we produce compact, high-quality coal that guarantees cleaner combustion.

SUMMARY
The drying stage is no less important. Our new EPR dryer for foaming and recarburization guarantees high-quality product preparation before sale or packaging.

COMBINATION
UkInvest.eu is engaged in the creation of unique products, to meet customer requests, we combine products in one process obtaining an individual product at the output.

OVERVIEW
We are concerned about the safety of our customers. All products tested in our laboratory, with the purpose of certification also tested by individual organizations.
